He was very Professional but at the same time easy to ask anything that you weren't sure of. He would communicate with me after every opening as to let me know how things were going.
I don't think I was very easy on him at times, my insecurity would sneak in. He took it all in his stride, as if he has dealt with it before. He never lost his cool though how he did not is beyond me. He was patient and very understanding.
